What actually happens in the room.

You warm up, you learn, you practice, and you leave with skills you can use the very same day. Two formats, both built for people with no background.

The Experience

The arc of a session.

Every session moves through the same six stages. The format decides what content is introduced in each section.

01

Movement & Warm-Up

Wake the body up and prepare to move with intention.

02

Breath & Power

How breath steadies the mind and where real power comes from.

03

Situational Awareness

Reading your environment and creating space before anything escalates.

04

Practical Striking & Defense

A small set of dependable skills: the ones that matter when it counts.

05

Hands-On Practice

Repetition in a supportive, judgment-free space until it feels like yours.

06

Real-World Application

Every drill tied back to everyday life: the walk to your car, the crowded room, the moment instinct speaks up.

You leave with knowledge you can apply immediately, and a felt sense of what your body is capable of.

Who These Workshops Are For

Built for everyday life, and every kind of room.

No martial arts background is expected. Nobody spars, nobody gets called out, and nobody is put on the spot.

Studios & wellness spaces

Pilates, barre, yoga, and boutique gyms. You built the strength. This is what it feels like to trust it.

Women's organizations

Networking groups, sororities, clubs, retreats, and bridal parties. The kind of afternoon people text each other about after.

Salons & small businesses

Teams who close late, work alone, or meet new clients daily. The people who need this most rarely get offered it.

Teams & communities

Sports teams, realtors, staff groups, and community organizations. Everyone leaves having actually done something.

Schools & students

Age-appropriate awareness and confidence for teens and students, taught the way they will actually remember it.

Any age, any level

I have taught five-year-olds and women in their seventies. No experience needed, and nobody gets put on the spot.

Why Leaders Host It

An experience your people actually carry with them.

Whether you lead a studio, salon, team, or community, Strong & Safe creates an experience that people leave feeling stronger, more aware, and more confident. It complements the work you are already doing rather than competing with it.

You are not adding another event to the calendar. You are giving your people something they still have a year from now, in rooms you will never see them walk into.

i.

Skills that leave with them

People forget guest speakers and happy hours. They do not forget the first time they realize they are capable of protecting themselves and the people they love.

Strong & Safe gives participants practical tools they carry into parking garages, early-morning runs, business trips, and everyday life.

ii.

It strengthens what you already do

Whether you lead a studio, salon, sports team, or community, your work is already rooted in helping people feel stronger and more connected.

Strong & Safe complements that mission with practical self-defense and situational awareness, not by replacing what you offer, but by adding another layer to it.

iii.

Built for complete beginners

No martial arts background is expected. Nobody spars, nobody gets called out, and nobody is put on the spot.

Every workshop is designed to meet people exactly where they are and leave them feeling more capable than when they arrived.

iv.

Serious skills, approachable experience

Participants learn real-world self-defense, but the room never feels intimidating. Sessions are active, supportive, and genuinely fun.

People leave energized, empowered, and often surprised by what they are capable of.

Two Ways to Bring It In

Open it to your community, or keep it to your people.

Before You Ask

The questions everyone asks first.

Straight answers, so you can decide whether this is right for your people without a single sales call.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the format and the size of your group. Hosted workshops are priced per participant, while private and corporate sessions are booked at a flat group rate. Whether you are opening registration to your community or bringing Strong & Safe in as a private experience, I will recommend the format that makes the most sense for your goals.

Send me a few details about your group, and I will reply with exact pricing that week. No obligation, and no call required.

How many people do I need?
Four is enough to run a session. Five to ten is the sweet spot and twenty is the ceiling. Small is deliberate: it is the only way everyone gets real repetitions and actual attention instead of watching from the back of the room.
Does self-defense really fit our brand?
If you are picturing something aggressive, that is not this. There is no sparring, no combat scenarios, and no scare tactics. Roughly half the session never involves touching anyone at all: it is awareness, body language, de-escalation, and knowing when to leave. The physical half is taught the way I teach any group class, with a lot of energy, fun, and laughter. It complements what you already do rather than competing with it.
What if nobody in my group has any experience?
That is the normal case, and the sessions are built for it. No martial arts background is needed, ever. I have taught five-year-olds and I have taught women in their seventies. Most participants have never made a fist in their lives. Nobody gets called out, nobody spars, and nobody is put on the spot.
What do we need to provide?
Open floor space and your people. I bring everything else and come to you: your studio, salon, office, gym, or community space. No mats, no equipment, and no special setup required.
How far ahead should we book?
A few weeks is comfortable. I teach every session personally and only take a limited number each month, so specific dates go before general ones. If you have a rough timeframe rather than a date, that is still worth sending now.

Still unsure whether this fits your group? Just ask me directly. I answer these questions all day and I will tell you honestly if it is not the right fit.

Bring it to your people.

Tell me who your group is and what you want them to walk out with. I will come back with a format, availability, and exact pricing.
